International adoption isn't really known to be easy. For some it is harder than others, for various reasons. The cost is a heavy burden for most families. Certainly God calls people to rescue His children, but not with ease. It is difficult to watch people work so hard to come up with funds. So often, people talk about how God provided. He led them and the funds were there just as they needed them, and not a minute earlier....miraculous perhaps. One can also see where fear sets in...
If you are able to help my blog friend who is going to get Paisley (formerly Valeria on RR) from Eastern Europe, won't you please?? Let her know you are praying for her also! Paisley is gorgeous isn't she. She needs her new family to get her as soon as possible. Please, if you can help, I urge you to do so. Go to: http://reecesrainbow.org/sponsortam
and you can add to her grant via paypal or you can write a check (note The Tam Family somewhere) and send it to: Reece's Rainbow
P.O. Box 4024 Gaithersburg, MD
Make the check out to "Reece's Rainbow". It is tax-deductible.
I can't thank you enough! Certainly God's reward is generous!
I am the mom of 8...it just happened! When we felt as though our plate was full, God dished us up some dessert. You know...there is ALWAYS room for dessert....right? Along came Ricky, and nearly 4 years later Stas. I LOVE Down syndrome. If people knew what our family experiences with our kids with DS, they would envy us :-) Not bragging, just saying.
